About Me

Sun setting in a dense forest with tall trees and green undergrowth.

My name is Xiaoda Jing. I am a bilingual (English/Chinese) registered psychotherapist and counsellor.

I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for wisdom and self-healing. By blending Eastern and Western perspectives, I aim to create a non-judgemental and supportive space where clients can explore their inner strengths, cultivate resilience, and foster personal growth.

Whether you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, I’m here to support you in building clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.

Your healing journey begins here — and I’m honoured to walk alongside you.
